Use these prompts at the beginning or end of each month to reset your mindset, goals, and priorities with intention.


Reflection

  1. What were the biggest wins or highlights from last month?

  2. What challenges did I face, and how did I respond to them?

  3. What lessons did I learn; about myself, others, or God?

  4. Where did I see growth (spiritually, emotionally, relationally, professionally)?

  5. What habits or patterns do I need to release or revise?


Goal Check-In

  1. Did I follow through on last month’s goals? Why or why not?

  2. Which goal or commitment felt most aligned with my purpose?

  3. Are there any goals I need to revise, delay, or delete?

  4. What helped me stay focused, and what distracted me?

  5. What’s one area I want to give more intentional focus this month?


Spiritual Reset

  1. What is God speaking to me in this season?

  2. What scriptures or truths am I anchoring myself to this month?

  3. How will I make space for prayer, rest, and renewal this month?

  4. What spiritual disciplines or practices do I want to strengthen?

  5. Who or what do I need to surrender to God?


Planning Forward

  1. What are my top 3 priorities this month?

  2. What is one habit I want to start, stop, or strengthen?

  3. What will success look like 30 days from now?

  4. What days or tasks do I need to protect for margin and rest?

  5. What do I want to celebrate at the end of this month?
