We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully so you know what to expect when purchasing from PastorKels.com.
1. Digital Products, Online Programs & Subscriptions

Non-Refundable: Because our mentorship programs, digital downloads, subscriptions, and video content are delivered electronically and provide immediate access, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Memberships/Subscriptions: If you cancel a subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Coaching Sessions: Mentorship packages and sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchased a physical product (e.g., resources, merchandise), we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, email support@pastorkels.com with your order number and details.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For digital products and subscriptions, refunds are not available except in cases of accidental duplicate charges.
