1. Digital Products & Programs

  • Instant Delivery: All digital downloads, online programs, and subscription access (such as mentorship materials and The Oil Room Vault) are delivered electronically.

  • No shipping is required. Access instructions will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.


2. Physical Products

  • Processing Time: Orders for physical products are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase but can take up to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and order size.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after processing

    • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be displayed at checkout.


4. International Shipping

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.


5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
