6. Mentorship & No-Show Policy

  • Mentorship sessions and coaching calls must be scheduled in advance.

  • If you cannot attend, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

  • All materials provided through PastorKels.com (ebooks, videos, course content, mentorship curriculum, digital downloads, and related resources) are the intellectual property of Pastor Kels and/or our licensors.
